Join this panel of credit union leaders as they discuss our latest research which was recently presented at the Discovery2021 Conference. This research explored the strategic choices credit unions are making in response to three questions from the book, Playing to Win: How Strategy Really Works:
1) “Where will we play?”
2) “How will we win?”
3) “What capabilities must be in place?”
This research also examined how top-performing credit unions’ responses to these questions differ. The panel will share their perspectives on the growth challenges credit unions face today, what conclusions they took away from this research and what strategic choices are working to drive growth at their credit unions.
