From her first job as a high school co-op student to a credit union auditor and finally, as a credit union executive, Heidi has earned industry-specific awards like the Raddon Crystal Award, Bauer 5-Star Rating Awards and was personally named as Crain's 40 under 40 in 2004 and Crain's Notable Women in Finance in 2018. She is most proud of her credit union being named Crain's Cool Places to Work for the past three years – a true measure of an institutions worth is how they are viewed by their team. Barry's career has crossed areas of the space including business development, introduction and maturation of credit union fintech products, ownership of strategic channel partnerships, client management, marketing, underwriting, indirect lending, and risk assessment. Prior to embarking on the CuneXus journey, Barry was part of the original team that built the DecisionLender platforms and managed TCI for 15 years, which was recently acquired by MeridianLink.
