Heidi has over 25 years of credit union experience. From her first job as a high school co-op student to a credit union auditor and finally, as a credit union executive, Heidi has earned industry-specific awards like the Raddon Crystal Award, Bauer 5-Star Rating Awards and was personally named as Crain's 40 under 40 in 2004 and Crain's Notable Women in Finance in 2018. She is most proud of her credit union being named Crain's Cool Places to Work for the past three years – a true measure of an institutions worth is how they are viewed by their team. Members first, employees always.
Barry is the SVP and Managing Director of CuneXus, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CUNA Mutual Group and has an extensive background in the fintech and credit union space. Barry's career has crossed areas of the space including business development, introduction and maturation of credit union fintech products, ownership of strategic channel partnerships, client management, marketing, underwriting, indirect lending, and risk assessment. Prior to embarking on the CuneXus journey, Barry was part of the original team that built the DecisionLender platforms and managed TCI for 15 years, which was recently acquired by MeridianLink.

He has founded, invested in, and advised numerous clean energy companies and organizations during the last 20 years. Billy was honored as one of Rolling Stone’s “25 People Shaping the Future,” an Utne Reader “50 Visionaries Who Are Changing the World,” and was elected a Fellow by Ashoka, the global association of the world’s leading social entrepreneurs. Billy is co-author of Making Good: Finding Meaning, Money & Community in a Changing World.
